As women, As mothers, We are designed to create, to birth. Whether that’s a human, a project, a business. This is our design...to create. When we know this and practice this, We are living in alignment. Yet in order to live according to our purpose, to be able to create and birth forth our next masterpiece, an incredible amount of energy is required. Why? Because creation requires energy & in order for us to not get sick or burn out we need to serve from overflow. The best way to do this is to live according to our design & work with the cyclical energy of our cycle. We are not like men. We do not cycle on a 24hr basis and yet so much of this world is organized around this 24hr framework. If we understand this and give ourselves permission to choose a different framework, one that aligns better with our design, we begin to thrive.
